To book deliveries on foremore, we would like to have a few bits of information from you before we can fulfil your orders.

How do I book a delivery?

1. To get to the page, go to https://app.foremore.com/book or click on “Book” in the navigation column on the right.

   

2. Delivery Type: Choose which type of delivery you want either “In 1-2 hours” or “Scheduled”. If you choose “In 1-2 hours”, the latest delivery time will be 2 hours from booking and if you choose “Scheduled”, the latest delivery time will be the time at which you scheduled.

3. Address: Choose from your previous 3 delivery addresses or enter a new one.

4. Contact Information: Enter the recipient's contact details so we know who we’re delivering to and we can keep them informed about the delivery via sms.

5. Order details: Give us as much information about the order as you can. This will help us prepare for the delivery.

   • Order reference: The order id/number that you assign to the order within your system
   • Upload an image: Upload an image of the order receipt or an image of the products or anything to help us identify the order
   • Description: Describe what we’re picking up, using the quantity and the name of the products or the products from your eCommerce store
   • Which vehicle do you need?: Choose which vehicle would be best for your order based on the length and weight of your products

How do I use a packing slip to book a delivery?

If you have a document with the delivery details like a packing slip or an invoice. You can use this to fill our booking form.

1. Go to the booking page https://suppliers.foremoresupplies.com/book
2. Click on “Upload Document” at the top of the page
3. Choose a file to upload by clicking on “Choose file”. It takes images (png or jpg) or pdfs.
4. Leave “Prefill the form” checked and click “Upload”
5. The foremore system will attempt to take all the relevant information from the document to fill out form
6. You should see some details extracted from the form. If it is completely successful then all you need to do is select the delivery time. However please check all the information before booking.

How can I see the price and the expected delivery time?

Once you have filled in the booking form, you should be able to see the expected time of the delivery and the cost on the right of the page. The prices are dynamic and they are based on your required speed of delivery and the type of vehicle needed.
