We are flexible about most things but to provide the best service for you we can’t do every delivery. You can still try to convince us by calling us on +31 6 819 289 37 but in general we don’t do the following:
- Outside our service area (30 minutes driving time from the pickup address)
- Pickups that are over 15 minutes from our Berchvliet 14, 1046 CA Amsterdam (our base)
- Not ordered via our platform
- Deliveries above ground-floor without 1-day advance notice
- Items other than building materials
