How do I create a route?

Routes will be automatically created for a rider if they are assigned a delivery. There can only be 1 route per rider per day.

How do I optimise routes?

1. Find all your routes by going to https://suppliers.foremore.com/routes

2. Select which route you want to optimise by clicking “Edit” in the relevant rider on the specific date

3. You can optimise the route by:

   1. “Expected time” - Organises the deliveries according to their timeslot. Shorter and earlier time slots get precedent over others
   2. “Travel time” - Shows the fastest route for all the stops on the route.

   You can choose one of the options above the stops shown on the route.

4. Once you select an option and you’re happy with it, click “Publish” so the driver can also see it on foremore

How do I redistribute deliveries?

If you are unhappy without you deliveries are redistributed amongst your drivers on a particular day, you can force the system to redistribute them.

1. Find all your routes by going to https://suppliers.foremore.com/routes
2. Choose a “Redistribution date” at the top of the page
3. Click “Redistribute”
4. Slowly over the next 10-20 seconds you should see the deliveries redistributed amongst the available drivers on the date you’ve selected
